Glenn Jeffrey has been chosen as the Great Falls Genealogy Society’s Volunteer of the Year. Having joined us in 1990, Glenn as served in a variety of posts in the GFGS Library over the years, including as a librarian and as a research assistant. He’s also taken on a couple of major projects that have benefited our Society and our patrons. His first project, which took him many years to complete, was to compile the Blackfeet Burial database. This year, he packed up his chair, table, and computer and organized 75 years of cremation records at Hillcrest Mausoleum, which were in complete disarray. So much so that he continues with this project now. He’s also indexing these records as he goes.
